I am a certified yoga instructor and I currently teach classes in Toronto, Ontario. I have a degree in English literature and creative writing. I have traveled extensively and love to explore the ways in which yoga corresponds with different cultures and lifestyles. My love of reading keeps me involved in literature, politics, society and the arts to many degrees depending on where I am in the world.
